\nTHE DAY BEFORE\n<\/h3>
\nIn most cases, a blood sample is taken at the first appoint\u00adment (micro\u00adnu\u00adtrient analysis, fatty acid analysis, etc.). You should ther\u00ade\u00adfore refrain from taking any non-\u200bessential medi\u00adca\u00adtion on the day of your appoint\u00adment and not take any dietary supple\u00adments for at least the day before.

Twelve hours before your appoint\u00adment, you should not eat or drink anything apart from water. If you have diffi\u00adculty staying sober for this long, you are welcome to take a small break\u00adfast with you and eat it imme\u00addia\u00adtely after the blood sample has been taken.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\nThe FIRST appointment\n<\/h3>
\nSo that you know what to expect, we have compiled the most important points for you here:

1. check the prac\u00adtice docu\u00adments for comple\u00adteness and update the data (medical history form, treat\u00adment contract, insu\u00adrance details)

2. anamnesis, discus\u00adsion of exis\u00adting findings and neces\u00adsary diagno\u00adstics, nutri\u00adtional check (approx. 1.5 hours) and exami\u00adna\u00adtions (blood pres\u00adsure, VNS analysis, physical exami\u00adna\u00adtion) \u2014 often initial therapy recom\u00admen\u00adda\u00adtions can be given based on these findings

3. blood sampling and, if neces\u00adsary, expl\u00adana\u00adtion of the labo\u00adra\u00adtory tests that you can carry out at home

4. further appoint\u00adments and plan\u00adning of external exami\u00adna\u00adtions (e.g. perfor\u00admance diagno\u00adstics, dental status or other specia\u00adlists)

Please bring \/\u200b note the follo\u00adwing to your first appoint\u00adment: The first appoint\u00adment takes approx. 120 minutes, inclu\u00adding the intake inter\u00adview, exami\u00adna\u00adtions, blood sampling and all expl\u00adana\u00adtions. \nUnfortunately, it is not possible to settle the costs incurred via statu\u00adtory health insu\u00adrance funds.
