Together with her pati\u00adents, she deve\u00adlops indi\u00advi\u00addual stra\u00adte\u00adgies to promote sustainable health and quality of life.\n<\/div><div class=\"bde-text-7321-432 bde-text\" data-entrance=\"slideUp\">\nAfter studying medi\u00adcine at Ludwig-\u200bMaximilians-\u200bUniversit\u00e4t (LMU) Munich, she completed her docto\u00adrate in clinical chemistry with a focus on onco\u00adlo\u00adgical therapy predic\u00adtion. She gained valuable prac\u00adtical expe\u00adri\u00adence during her studies, inclu\u00adding as a surgical assistant at the Dritter Orden Hospital in Munich and through longer intern\u00adships in Ireland, Traunstein, Augsburg and Sydney.<br><br>She began her specia\u00adlist trai\u00adning in the internal medi\u00adcine depart\u00adment at Dachau Hospital. There she gained in-\u200bdepth know\u00adledge in cardio\u00adlogy, gastro\u00aden\u00adte\u00adro\u00adlogy and emer\u00adgency and inten\u00adsive care medi\u00adcine.<br><br>A key moment in her career was working in an outpa\u00adtient pallia\u00adtive care team, where she cared for seriously ill people at home. This expe\u00adri\u00adence streng\u00adthened her inte\u00adrest in inten\u00adsive and compas\u00adsio\u00adnate patient care. She then expanded her exper\u00adtise with further trai\u00adning in general medi\u00adcine and even\u00adtually specia\u00adlized in func\u00adtional medi\u00adcine.<br><br>With her holi\u00adstic approach, Dr. Fahm\u00fcller sees not only the illness, but always the whole person.
