We ther\u00ade\u00adfore distin\u00adguish between three important phases.

Phase 1 \u2014 Approximately one year before the active ferti\u00adlity phase, we assess your health status, analyze your nutrient supply, hormone status and cycle. Our team will give you recom\u00admen\u00adda\u00adtions on how to improve egg quality and advise you on your diet and life\u00adstyle.

Phase 2 \u2014 If pregnancy does not occur within a reasonable time frame or you have had one or more miscar\u00adri\u00adages, we can provide you with further support before taking the step of going to a ferti\u00adlity center or accom\u00adpanying treat\u00adment at a ferti\u00adlity center. We expand our diagno\u00adstics, iden\u00adtify the indi\u00advi\u00addual chal\u00adlenges and specific problems of each couple on a func\u00adtional level and develop a perso\u00adna\u00adlized treat\u00adment plan. We are also very aware of the emotional chal\u00adlenges in this phase. We are by their side and help them to deal with them.

Phase 3 \u2014 Our support natu\u00adrally conti\u00adnues even after you have achieved pregnancy. We help you to ensure that you and your baby are opti\u00admally supplied with all nutri\u00adents during pregnancy and breast\u00adfee\u00adding, monitor your meta\u00adbo\u00adlism and pay atten\u00adtion to your emotional health (also, and espe\u00adci\u00adally, after the birth).\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>
