Physical therapy

Improve quality of life and promote a good body image.
Targeted exercises, manual therapy, physical agents such as heat, cold, electrotherapy and hydrotherapy are used with the aim of relieving pain, improving mobility and restoring the patient’s functional capacity.

Pulsating magnetic field therapy (Bemer therapy)

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF) works with electromagnetic fields. It improves microcirculation, which means that the smallest blood vessels in the body work more efficiently, which in turn supports the vascular system and the supply to the cells.

This leads to an increase in general well-being and can be specifically helpful as a supplementary treatment for joint pain, back pain or sports injuries. During rest periods, PEMF supports the regeneration of the body by promoting self-healing powers. This contributes to increased performance in athletes and can generally improve the quality of sleep. PEMF also helps to reduce stress and promotes relaxation, which has an overall positive effect on health and well-being.

Infrared deep heat

Infrared deep heat works on the human body by using infrared rays that penetrate deep into the skin and underlying tissue. Unlike conventional heating methods, which primarily heat the air, infrared deep heat reaches the body’s tissues directly, providing a more effective and targeted treatment.

The infrared rays generate heat by stimulating molecules in the cells, which increases the temperature in the treated area. The infrared rays increase the oxygen supply to the cells, which supports mitochondrial function.

Improved mitochondrial function means more efficient energy production in the cells, which is crucial for cell health and regeneration. In addition, this type of heat treatment can help to reduce stress-induced damage in the cells and thus support cell vitality and function.

This special heat can improve blood circulation, promote muscle relaxation, increase your energy, contribute to pain relief and improve mobility.
